Together, we’ll review your personal health inventory, clarify meaningful goals, and focus on creating long‑term, sustainable change. Each session builds on the last as we explore your vision, values, readiness for change, and the action steps that support lasting transformation. This expanded package includes additional sessions, giving you more time, space, and support to explore your wellness journey in greater depth and create meaningful, lasting progress.

What’s included
Eight one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual).
Every session builds on the progress from the previous one, supporting you in creating lasting, sustainable wellness changes
Session structure
Session 1 — Introduction & Groundwork: This session introduces our work together and lays the groundwork for wellness goals shaped by your vision and values.
Session 2 — Plan and prioritize: In this session, we’ll explore your personal health inventory, identify a focus area, and talk through your readiness and confidence to move toward change.
Session 3 — Goal Setting and Implementation: We’ll use this session to set a clear goal and develop practical action steps to help you make steady progress.
Session 4 — Strengthen routines: Focus on establishing supportive habits, optimizing your environment, and building resilience tools to help you maintain steady progress. This phase is about creating rhythms that feel natural, sustainable, and aligned with your long‑term vision.
Sessions 5 & 6 — Maintain Momentum: Provide expanded space and support for deeper exploration of your wellness journey by assessing progress, identifying barriers, refining action steps, and strengthening long‑term sustainability. These sessions focus on evaluating outcomes, celebrating successes, revising your plan as needed, and exploring the supports that will help you maintain your goals over time.
Session 7 — Closing Session: Your closing session is a dedicated space to reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins, and bring meaningful closure to your coaching journey. Together, we’ll review your final action steps, assess the growth you’ve made, and highlight the insights and strengths you’re taking forward. This session also explores what’s next for you—whether that’s continuing with additional coaching, transitioning to a self‑guided plan, or identifying the structures and support that will help you maintain momentum. We’ll end by acknowledging your accomplishments and ensuring you feel complete, confident, and supported as you move into the next chapter of your wellness journey.
Logistics & Investment
Session lengths: Typically 50-70 minutes.
Recommended cadence: Every other week (sometimes 2 weeks), depending on preference and urgency.
Cancellation policy and pricing: To honor both your time and mine, sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being counted as one session from your package. This policy helps maintain consistency, protects reserved time, and supports the coaching process.
