Wellness Coaching — Five-Session Package
Overview: This focused five-session coaching package is designed to help you define, plan, and make measurable progress toward specific wellness goals. Ideal for clients who want structured support with clear accountability and practical tools, the package delivers a concise, outcome-oriented process.

Anyone ready to commit to change and take concrete steps toward a single wellness objective (e.g., improving sleep, establishing an exercise habit, reducing stress, improving nutrition, or creating a self-care routine).
People who prefer a short, intensive coaching engagement with defined milestones and follow-through.

Five one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual).
Every session builds on the progress from the previous one, supporting you in creating lasting, sustainable wellness changes
Session structure
Session 1 — Introduction & Ground Work: This session introduces our work together and begins laying the groundwork for a wellness goal shaped by your own vision and values.
Session 2 — Plan and prioritize: In this session, we’ll explore your personal health inventory, identify a focus area, and talk through your readiness and confidence to move toward change.
Session 3 — Goal Setting and Implementation: We’ll use this session to set a clear goal and develop practical action steps to help you make steady progress.
Session 4 — Strengthen routines: Focus on habit formation, environmental supports, and resilience strategies to maintain momentum.
Session 5 — Evaluate and sustain: Assess outcomes, celebrate wins, revise the plan for long-term maintenance, and identify follow-up options (ongoing coaching, booster sessions, or self-guided plans).
Logistics & Investment
Session lengths: Typically 50-70 minutes.
Recommended cadence: Every other week, depending on preference and urgency.
Cancellation policy and pricing: To honor both your time and mine, sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being counted as one session from your package. This policy helps maintain consistency, protects reserved time, and supports the coaching process.

Session 7 — Closing Session: Your closing session is a dedicated space to reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins, and bring meaningful closure to your coaching journey. Together, we’ll review your final action steps, assess the growth you’ve made, and highlight the insights and strengths you’re taking forward. This session also explores what’s next for you—whether that’s continuing with additional coaching, transitioning to a self‑guided plan, or identifying the structures and support that will help you maintain momentum. We’ll end by acknowledging your accomplishments and ensuring you feel complete, confident, and supported as you move into the next chapter of your wellness journey.

One-Time Micro Session: Vision, Values, and Action Planning
A focused, single-session coaching experience to clarify your vision and values, set a specific goal, and create an actionable plan. The session includes a practical assessment of potential barriers and identifies supports to increase likelihood of follow-through.

An optional single coaching session available as an add-on for current clients who feel they need extra time or additional sessions, and for former clients who would like a reconnecting session for renewed support. This session is designed to provide focused guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and help you maintain momentum between or after standard coaching packages.
Who it’s for
Current clients who need more time beyond their existing package to work on specific goals, skills, or obstacles.
Clients who prefer multiple extra sessions spaced throughout their package for ongoing reinforcement.
Former clients who have completed their coaching package and want a single reconnecting session to review progress, recalibrate goals, or address new challenges.
Format and length
Standard add-on session: 60 minutes (can be adjusted by request)
Pricing and scheduling
Priced per 60-minute session; multi-session bundles available at a discounted rate
Sessions can be scheduled individually as needed or added to your existing package in advance
Cancellation and rescheduling follow standard policy for coaching packages
